Summary 0001237: acl_whitelist_local_deny was changed to acl_local_deny_exceptions
Description see Debian Bug#452163

There was a name change in the config, which has to be reflected in the syscp config for exim4.
acl_whitelist_local_deny was changed to acl_local_deny_exceptions
